Carol Cron is an experienced communicator, having worked in business and higher education for more than 25 years. She teaches business writing at two different universities in Maryland. One of her favorite units to teach is writing great resumes, emphasizing that “just one typographical error or mistake can cause your resume to go in the 'no' pile.” Another rule Carol emphasizes in her teaching is to be consistent. She says, “It really doesn’t matter if you use round or square bullets, Times New Roman or Calibri font, or indent paragraphs or not; whatever you choose, just do it consistently.”
